I would lean towards the carbon copy. Or, look for a used DL-4. I have both on my board.

I would go with the DD-20 over the Memory man. Also take a look at the DL-4 and Nova Delay. They are both great. Personally I use a DL-4 for my digital longer delays. For my analog I use a DM-2 and a Deluxe Memory Man. In case you cant tell I love delay. It is my most important effect.

I like a tone-o-matic stop tail. I find it the most comfortable for me. I am jsut a Paul guy though.
