Re: Marcus King MK Ultra Signature Amp
Also, good to see everybody still posting! I've been focusing a lot of time on Orange social media, USA marketing, and AR so I haven't checked in here in a while. Glad to see you guys are still solidly self-regulating haha!

Re: Marcus King MK Ultra Signature Amp
It was indeed designed by Orange USA's Tech Manager, Jon Bailey. He too is a bit of a wizard when it comes to amp design. I can't say much about the amp, but I can tell you that it's VERY non-traditional for Orange. It's more akin to what would happen if an Orange and a Fender Deluxe mated.

**NEED HELP** Find Orange 40th Anni. Custom Shop Owners
Hi All, I'm looking to find anyone who purchased 1 of 5 40th Anniversary Custom Shop amps we made that were sold by a USA dealer. These were the ones with women's names as the serial numbers - we only made 40 of them total worldwide. If you know someone who has one of these (I only remember Jennifer...

Re: thoughts on and experiences with Rockerverb MKIII?
The MKIII's are the most reliable by far. We're barely having any issues with them. I can't stress enough how awesome the 100 watt MKIII is. It's just everything that was awesome about the previous Rockerverb versions mixed with the best parts of the OR100 and Thunderverb.

Re: I fear that Orange will suffer a decline...
It's not a matter of owning rights. That's not the problem. We own the rights. I'll say this: 1) We are growing rapidly. We are working actively to identify where we stand in the industry. We have no choice but to "trim the fat" right now. Anything that's been discontinued wasn't selling well. Now w...

Forum Temp Fix
Hi everybody, the forum was down for maintenance on Feb 13th. During that process we ran into software update problems and had to shut it all down. Very sorry for the inconvenience! We're finally making a switch to new forum software soon (we've been saying this for literally 2 years but it's actual...

Rockerverb 50 MKIII if you want to take it to the extreme. OR50 will get you there too (but harder to find these now that they've been discontinued).

Re: OT: I Died for a while, I'm back
I have about (5) of these tap handles to sell. The bad news: they're $50 each. We never planned on selling them but they're so limited that's what I'd have to sell them for.

Re: New ROCKERVERVERB 100 MKIII owner!
I'd also suggest you A-B them. Orange cabs are thicker and warmer sounding. Marshall cabs use the same speakers (most of the time) but are thinner and brighter and therefore may be good for your tone. It's too subjective to say.

This is ridiculous (Reverb listing)
Conservatively I'd value these items at $7500. $18,000 is nothing short of insanity.

Re: Why No Effects Loop on Any Guitar Terrors?
Seriously, and for the life of me I can't understand why they wouldn't include an effects loop on guitar terrors but did on the bass terrors. Guitarists always need the effects loop but I rarely see bassists using them. Because adding the FX loop affects the core tone of the amp...not in a good way...
