I use an EHX LPB-1 - does the job, no idea if a Sparkle Drive or anything else would do the job better, but I'm pretty happy with it how it is.

I design all my band flyers...they've all been really rushed jobs so far, I'm waiting for a really important gig to blow a few days on an elaborate flyer.

What do you reckon - they're all here:

Oranges were built for P90s.

Honestly, I'd take a Mac Book over an Orange any day as well, haha.

But a nice MBP is so much more expensive than an Orange, oh well =(

Also 30 watts is ridiculously loud.

I haven't really tried switching channels that much yet - despite the Orange HQ being 2 miles from my house the shop *still* hasn't got the footswitch in :(

I got my R30 last saturday, its a fantastic amp. Wanted a Rocker ever since they came out, so glad its finally mine. I use: Gain - 2 o'clock Bass - 11:30 Mid - 3 Treble - 2 Volume - Whatever suits me at the time, but I'm thinking about 9 is a decent compromise between tone and ear shattering volume ...

mmmm, I love this catalog, read it so many times.

Shame you never really see the PA gear floating around anymore. What I'd give to have just one of those wedge monitors (I think that was 1973 actually) or...anything.

Ahh well.

I *think* Ableton Live might be what you're looking for? You've got the facility of timewarping loops so you can get every note exactly on the beat. I don't really use it, maybe for drum beats or something, but I prefer to just play well.

How heavy would a case for a 1x12 combo be, roughly? Maybe I just need to break out the dumbbells, but my Rocker 30 isn't exactly light, and I wouldn't want to make it immovable by one person by putting it in a flight case. Saying that, I plan on hitting the road soon enough, and I wouldn't like any...

Hey, been reading this forum for ages, and been wanting an Orange since I was 12, so yeah. Finally saved the cash to get one, and love it to death (Rocker 30 combo). Just wondering how you set your Rockers. Doesn't matter what size or head/combo, but obviously RK30c settings would be nice. At the mo...
