Re: Purchase help OR100 or OR50
In my experience, Orange master volumes are pretty darn good. Nothing beats pant-flappingly loud tube amp tone, but it can't always be that way for various real world reasons. I think an OR50 would have me set for life. I need to get back into an Orange amp some day...

Re: Phase when using two amps
That's what I was going to say, just use a simple SHO-style pedal (or something else with an odd number of gain stages) to get your flip-o-phase on. It's not always that easy, so having a phase-inverting pedal in the toolbox is good to know. And funnily enough its an OLER Audio SHO! Haha! That's gr...

Re: Phase when using two amps
I found that when I used my Orange AD30TC with my Marshall 6101 that if I channel switched to solo channel that the Marshall flips phase while the Orange doesn't. I had been using the SHO in front of the TT as an always on type of pedal and then had all my other effects before the ABY switch and th...

Re: NPD - An Oler Audio original!
Awe, thanks guys! :) I need to get another Orange amp, I've been more or less on the DL with pedal stuffs, life's been up and down since graduating. It's going well now, busy busy busy. This year at NAMM Stevie Wonder played through a product I helped design the preamp on, so that's really fun! Any ...

Re: I'm selling my Rocker...
I regret selling mine. Should have kept it. I was finding the tone to not be as thick as I wanted, but I think I was splitting hairs. I'd take a head version in a heartbeat now (provided I had the dough).

Re: Holy crap, R30+Tele=SEX!
Hey mate! Doing just fine. Figured it was time to poke in, maybe participate a bit more. :) I loved my Tele and my R30, one of the coolest time combos I've heard yet. :) Blimey!!! Long time no see!!! How are you doing? --------- It is amazing how some guitars play particularly through some amps. I f...

This has me intrigued. I'm late to the party, but that's nothing new.

Re: NPD (for a friend ;): OLERAudio Event Point Delay
It's a great delay! I'm loving the one I'm keeping and not selling (and hoping to get rid of the other 5).
The Behringer tube deal is some tube overdrive thing that's been panned by a lot of people, but my buddy Sean has always been able to get great tones out of it.

Re: Changing effects while amp is on...
If it's making a pop noise and the speaker is barely rated for the 30 watts, maybe, but other than that "perfect storm" scenario, no, you should be a-okay.

NPD (for a friend ;): OLERAudio Event Point Delay
These are what I've been up to lately in the building realm, and my buddy Sean does a great job demoing some great tones from this delay. I just wanted to share!

Re: Guitars going out of tune
I wouldn't recommend that method at all, I think that more than one wrap around the string is begging for trouble. The idea is that you want to pre-stretch out all the string you can, and it's very hard to stretch out string wrapped around the tuner post. It slowly stretches out over the entire time...

Weber can work speaker magic, but that tutorial that Jondog posted is pretty awesome too, very DIY, which I always like!
