Lol I love big power... You just can't use em anywhere realistically. Sound guys freak out and then you end up running it at low volumes so....ymmv...to go twice as loud as 15 watts tube you need 10x the power =150 watts. Where the hell can you play that at even half master? I dunno I'm pretty impr...

I like your style! My OR15 is proudly seated on a Friedman 212 Vintage! I'm really digging those creamback tones though! V30s haven't been doing much for me lately with any amp besides that OR15.

I've read they used Thunderverbs (50 watts?) for Opus. Pretty sure newer stuff had more Marshall influence.
