Re: What happens if your amp goes down mid-gig.....
Fits easily on my pedalboard, or in my gigbag. Makes a fantastic backup amp. As a matter of fact I use it direct into the board at times when I'm too lazy to lug my amp to a small venue.

Re: Any using a Wampler Tumnus ?
I'm using one on the clean channel of my CR-60 for my "edge of breakup" tone, and I really like it. I also use it stacked into a Fulltone OCD for old school metal tones, and honestly I have never been happier with an OD pedal. Never tried it into the dirty channel, because I'm using my CR-60 as a cl...

Re: TH30 vs Rocker32
Seem like the CR-60 (or CR-120) combo would also work for your needs. It's not tube, but it is far more flexible, and it is a magnificent sounding amp. I gig it in a 5 piece classic rock band a couple weekends a month (using it as a pedal platform) and I'm completely happy with it.

Re: Or15 insane.
Curious about the volume on an OR-15. I gig in a cover band and there are times I need pristine cleans. So a question for those of you who own this amp. Will I be able to coax pristine cleans out of an OR-15 at gigging volume? Using and CR-60 now which gives me those cleans in spades, but I've been ...

Re: Opinions on Orange amps
I gig a CR60 Pro and love it. If you can afford getting the CR-60 instead of the CR-35 I would go for it instead, because it is loud enough to get above a loud drummer.....and will effortlessly handle any band situation. There are differing opinions for juicing up the front end. Orange recommends th...

Re: DEFINITIVE ORANGE GUIDE TO: Overdrive/Boost/Dist/Fuzz Pedals
WHICH ORANGE AMP DO YOU USE? OR 15 CR-60C Pro WHICH OVERDRIVE PEDALS WORK BEST FOR YOU? Fulltone OCD - It's super transparent. Just gives you more of what you already have, without coloring the signature Orange sound. MI Audio Crunch Box - If you like your mids peaked a little. Just a great sounding...

If the bass is active, check to make sure the battery (usually 9V) isn't dead.

Re: Hard Rock/ Metal Tone - Orange Crush 35 RT
If you are looking for hard rock or metal tones you'll want to front the amp with a good OD pedal. I personally like the Fulltone OCD, but there are plenty of other great ones out there. Set the gain on both the Fulltone and the Orange Dirty channel to about noon, then adjust to taste. You will be v...
