It seems we’re still going. Maybe Orange turned off the power but left the standby on so we’re still getting a few sputtering notes out of the old server?

After a few hours of playing, the 12at7 in my Rocker 15 went microphonic. Considering the price of the tube and the hassle of taking it back to where I got it, I just decided to replace the tube. It’s been running fine ever since, and I couldn’t be happier.

A quick update: replaced V1 with a spare JJ 12ax7 and the gain pot crackling is gone.
