Nice video, very well done. I've seen some shootouts like this before, but none were done this well. Thanks for posting!
Thank you! Much appreciated! :)

The ultimate Orange lunchbox amp comparison! (7 amps)

Hey guys! So I'm back with a post about lunchbox amps but this time I want to talk about the Orange lunchbox amplifiers! I really love everything about those amps. They sound killer, they look cool and all of the features they have tend to be useful as well. About a year ago or so I started with the...

Tiny Terror compared to Amplitube 4, Axe Fx etc.

Hey guys! I finally got an Orange Tiny Terror to round of my Orange Lunchbox collection. The first thing I did with this amp is compare it to a couple of modeling platforms: The Axe Fx III, Amplitube 4's licensed model and the free Cypress TT-15 plugin by Black Rooster Audio. The results are once ag...

Loved the Jim Root more than I thought I would

Guitarjon - how did you capture the guitar amp signal, did you use a loadbox?
Load box indeed, with various impulse responses.

The clean sound through the Jim Root was my favorite as well as the cranked sound; Dual Terror next. Marshall sounded Marshally, the earlier amps sounded like nothing to me (Peavey, Mesa, etc.)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
The Jim Root has a great vibe to it for sure! Great choice!

Good video! Very difficult to choose a favorite though!
I agree!
All of them sound good imho but they all are my amps so that makes sense :)
Of the Oranges if I HAD to pick 2 it would probably be the Dual Terror and the Rocker 15... but that's tough!

Re: My 6 Oranges compared side by side!

Nice! I like the track. Only thing I would suggest is putting a section at the end where it cuts between the amps mid riff so you can hear the changes more abruptly. Tried using the time codes but still made itntought to tell sometimes. Thanks for your comment! Which amp was your favorite though? ;)

My 6 Oranges compared side by side!

I decided to make a comparison of my amp collection of which 6 are Oranges. The other amps are from various different brands. I would be very interested to know which of the Oranges (or other amps perhaps) you liked best in this comparison. I personally thought the Oranges sounded really good! I've ...

NAD/Review: Brent Hinds Terror!

I got an Orange Brent Hinds Terror recently so here's the demo in 4 styles and review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjMOuwnYJmo This amp sounds a little bit similar to my Rocker 15 Terror but it definitely has it's own thing going on. The clean channel has a thick and warm sound with a lot of mid...

NAD: Jim Root Terror (demo inside)

I got my Jim Root Terror a little while back and I finally had some time to really put it through it's paces. This amp is really cool and I love the tones I'm getting from it. I own 5 other Orange lunchbox amps and each amp has it's own tonal characteristics. The Jim Root supposedly has the same PCB...
