Re: Kongpressor before or after Two Stroke
I experimented yesterday and today with the Kongressor. I found for me it sounds best after the Two Stroke. It just made the tone I get from the TS more 3D. Sounded fuller with more presence. I like that I could add a little treble with the chime control. It did exactly what I was hoping it would. T...

Kongpressor before or after Two Stroke
Sorry if this question has been asked before. I use the Two Stroke more as an eq then boost. I was thinking after the TS but I’m open to experienced opinions.

Bax Bangeetar owners...
I have a CR120C that I’m using with a Two Stroke pedal. I’m very very happy with the sounds I’m getting but I want a little more brightness or presence. I’m wondering if I can get that with the Bax Bangeetar. If you have one let me know what you think of it. Is it like a Two Stroke with more options...

Hallmark 65 Custom. It’s a Mosrite copy. Hands down the best playing and sounding guitar I’ve ever had. It knocked my Gibson TV yellow Les Paul Jr to my back up.

Re: Using a Bax/2 stroke with cr120h
Get the Two Stroke! I have a CR120C and it makes it sound huge. I used to use a Boss eq and the Two Stroke blows it away. I can’t recommend it enough

Re: CR60C or CR120C? Home\rehearsal
I looked up the Line 6 Spider V that you said the other guitarist is using. Since it’s a 2x12 I’d just go with the CR120C. It may be more then what you need, but it’s better to have more then not enough.

Re: CR60C or CR120C? Home\rehearsal
I guess I/t depends on what type of music you play and how loud you play it. I have a cr120c and I find it has more then enough volume. I play punk and garage. When just practicing myself I have the volume on 9 and the master volume barely on 1 and it is a good loud tv volume. Now with a drummer I c...

Re: Boost a dirty channel: "Proper" clean boost or OD
A EQ Pedal is another option. I use one to cut the muddiness and tighten up the sound I was thinking of an e.q. pedal to use with my Dark Terror. What is your method with your e.q. to cut any mud and add a tighter sound? adkguy07 Exactly this. Cut the 200 frequency to reduce mud. I didn’t make any ...

Re: Orange CR120
Just got my CR120C today. Gotta say I’m very impressed with the quality and I’m in love with the sound. I play a Hallmark 65 Custom and can get amazing surf tones out of the clean channel and perfect early LA punk tones from the dirty channel. This is just what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier

Re: Orange CR120
Thanks for the suggestion, and I'd thought about that exact thing. But if I'm not going to be in a really loud band anymore (which seems more than likely at 48 years old and in the area I'll be moving to), then I just don't see the point in having a 120 watt amp that sounds best through a full stac...

Re: Hello, I’m new here
Thanks! I think it will. I’m a huge fan of combo amps and the Cr120c fits in my budget. I’ve gotten great tones out of the small 35rt so I can only imagine them being better out of the 2 x 12.

Hello, I’m new here
Just thought I’d give a little introduction. My name is Rob, I’m 45 and have been playing guitar since I was 12. I play early punk (77-82) , surf, and things on the more rock n roll side of punk. My past amps have included a Fender Twin, Ampeg Rocketreverb, 1971 Marshall JMP 50 watt head and 4 x 12 ...
