Quiet So, Big Bear. Boss effects have less alaising of the clock freq harmonics than their digital competition. The V+ line is still prone to problems WHEN RUNNING OFF A COMMON POWER SUPPLY. Running it off batteries you should have no problem. There's no sub for the Real Deal- tube/spring reverb. Ye...

The Angelfire link came-up but no picture or other related info came up- probably my antique computer. In general, Orange amps have no standby switch. This is also true of Hi Watt- a comtemporary British amp. As these amps use a solid state rectifier it seems at first glance like a sure case of cath...

This "leaking" of the clock into the audio signal is known as aliasing, in the biz. Neither of the pedals you mention a...

PLEASE SET THE MAINS SELECTOR FOR THE CLOSEST VOLTAGE TO WHAT COMES OUT OF THE WALL IN YOUR COUNTRY. DISASTER IS SURE TO FOLLOW IF YOU DO NOT! I have seen amps with burned-up power transformers here in the USA by folks who ran it at 240V rather than 120V- on Marshalls anyway. The Orange is no differ...
