Hi guys, Anyone use Treble Boosters with their Orange? particularly AD15/30 range? I'm getting really interested in pulling the trigger on an Analogman Beano Booster or Catalinbread Naga Viper, it should suit the darker vox circuit of my AD15, but not heard many experiences from Orange users. Hi Chachi, If you can, try a Crowther Hotcake, it goes great with my AD15. Nice boost, bit of extra presence but also fullness to the sound. Hi cnemitz22, I had a Rocker 15 combo and noticed more fuzziness on the gain channel also, more than I expect from Orange, so I plugged it into the V30 on my AD15 combo (nicely worn in) and it smoothed the gain channel out massively, and helped the bottom end too (to my ears anyway) I sold my Rocker...

Perhaps trying a lower gain pre-amp tube (1st) could help?

I put a JJ 12ax7 MG (Mid Gain) tube in my AD15, and it helped tame the gain and allow me to crank the Master volume, getting some more headroom and volume.

Cheap option to try at least, before buying another amp....
