Re: Here is my band's new single - OR15 in action, again!
Sounds great fella! Hard to believe its a strat even with a bucker in there.... Nearly les paul like in tone. The recording sounds great. Everything sounds really dialled in. Thank you for kind words! As for strat, probably because Evolution is pretty hot pickup and OR15 was very gainy during recor...

Re: Any idea where to find an AD30 single channel?
After about 10 years of ownership / primary ampage, my beloved AD30 single channel was stolen. I am absolutely gutted. Does anyone in the USA have a lead on one? There do not appear to be any available on reverb or forums I browse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is one, Poland, Warsaw....

TC Flashback and Strymon DIG, both for ping-ponging delays between two OR15.

Re: New single is out, OR15 again!
As much as I love my Rockerverb, I have been leaning towards OR15 for some time now. It just does the job for me, both live and studio.
We did guide tracks and then record separator parts with overdubs and fills. That is the way I like it!

My band's new single - OR15 in action
I thought I would share my band's new single. Have a listen!
https://youtu.be/f38NETiXZ6I
Most of the time it's double tracked Orange OR15 with PPC112. (rhythm parts).
At solo time, I used MXR Ten Band EQ set to a heavy mid boost, plus MXR Phase 95 mini.

Hey there, I'm happy to see that forum is still alive! Re: What Made You Choose ORANGE?
Well, colour. Seriously, it just caught my eye ten years ago or so. It was like seeing a beautiful, red-coloured '70s Mustang amongst gray, boring Volkswagens. If Orange was not orange, then I would probably walk away. I can't remember exact model, but one of them was standing in local studio, I plu...

Re: ALL GOOD THINGS....
I am saddened.
Although I haven't been here since the beginnigs, I must say I have really enjoyed this place. No hate, no arrogance, no misinformation. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of facebook groups. Too bad forums like that one come to an end!
Anyways, take care everyone!

Re: I think I'll pull the trigger on Rocker 30 head
Yeah, let us know what you think. The clean channel is limited, but does well within it's limitations. It's voiced pretty nicely, and breaks up (pure power valve overdrive then) and a very old school, low gain rock n roll way. As to whether you can make any use of that, difficult to tell. But the d...

Thoughts on expanding Orange Amps collection
I already have the following heads: Rockerverb MK1 50w Rocker 30 Tiny Terror The way I use them: Rockerverb is mostly for heavily distorted, or should I say high-gain stuff, Rocker for classic, 70s-80s overdriven tones and Tiny Terror for crunchy things. So I have 6v6 craze, EL34 goodness, EL84 chim...

I first listened without watching/reading vid description. I couldn't say when Tiny Terror was being played. Damn, digital stuff gets better and better!
But some small part of me will always choose TT
