Re: RV100 MkI

Hi, Steve, I have the same problem on my TH30. Unfortunally my tech couldn't fix it. I'd glad if you tell me how you or your tech support fixed the problem. Thanks :) Sorry Maurice, I just saw this. I'm not too sure what all he did other than cleaning up a previous repair and maybe one of my tube s...

Re: NPD!

Awesome pedal, It's the last in my chain too, except I put all my time based stuff in the loop. I'd highly suggest checking out the artist toneprints, I found a few that were really good, and it adds quite a bit of tonal options to the pedal. http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee83/stevekellyjr/IMG_...

Re: Tech 21 FlyRig 5?

Use this with a ppc112 for a quick grab and go for jam nights and practice. Hard to beat when you can potentially carry all of your stuff in one trip to the car...

Re: How does everyone do their dual amp setup?

I try to keep things simple. All of my fx are TC Electronics, which are stereo in/out. I have a cable snake that goes to each amp which consists of fx send/return, channel selector and input to front end of the amp. It's basically four 20 foot signal cables with quarter inch jacks at each end that I...

Re: Need to pull the trigger. TH30 or TSA30?

I have used a TH30 for a little over a year myself. Honestly, it lives up to the good things mentioned here so far. My band plays classic rock and heavier stuff, and it has never let me down. I gig my stuff and rely on it to perform - If it doesn't cut it, it goes away and replaced immediately. So f...

Re: RV100 MkI

Got it back from the tech last night. It is fixed for now, minus needing to replace the reverb pan. I'll do that eventually as I use the loop for verb/ fx. He did say I could remove the reverb tube if I wanted. If I turn the reverb up as it is now, it seems to introduce more high end and no verb at ...

Re: RV100 MkI

Here is a short clip. The noise happens as soon as I go from standby to play. The "reverb" of the noise is actually from the unit in the loop, not the amp reverb - it was non-functioning at the time. Thanks again! http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee83/stevekellyjr/th_orange%20vid_zpsktpomkar.mp4

Re: RV100 MkI

It's pretty loud no matter what the volume is set. I always have it on zero to start with. It is kind of intermittent. If I play for a while after it first does it, it wont always happen. Also the reverb was toast. So far everything on it checks out excluding the pan. He says it could be due to it b...

RV100 MkI

Greetings! Picked up a pre-owned RV100 MkI and when I got it home, it would produce a loud static noise when going from standby to play. It mainly happens when first turned on even if I allow it to warm up for an extended period of time. I took it to a local tech who has been unable to repair it. He...
