True - the EQ will have an impact on the overall grit of your tone. As for volume? I've never had any issues with that and I've worked with some very loud drummers.

I tried using the Bud Light Lime in a can. Worked really well - except for having to drink the first half... BLECH! I stuffed half a lime in the neck and used lemon pepper rub. Turned out very well with a nice beer/lime flavour.
