Thanks for the info. I'd be interested in reading more.I'll try running my head at 2 tubes/full power (50W) and compare it directly to the 70W rating later tonight if you're interested in the comparison.

Re: Bax Bangeetar Question and Answer Session 1
Thanks Guys, I have a Two Stroke and it doesn't eat batteries the way my Bax does. And since Billy is still using his original battery I think my Bax should be looked at by Orange, or exchanged through the seller. I'm still communicating with the seller. I've had a warranty claim through Orange in t...

Re: Are Orange Amps getting it right????
I've registered a few new Orange pieces I've bought. When doing so they asked for comments. I've always requested an OR120 that is built and sounds like the original '60s/'70s range but has power scaling, 2/4 valve features, and a master volume that is removable from the circuit. It would be nice if...

Bax Bangeetar Question and Answer Session 1
Hello, I got a Bax yesterday and am wondering what kind of battery life you folks are getting. I've had it go dead on me twice. It started back up when I put in a new battery today, but only lasted a few hours. I didn't leave it connected overnight. The batteries seemed to have some life left in the...

Re: Have you ever dimed a 100 watt amp?
I love running amps wide open but only when I have ear plugs in and ear muffs on or the speaker cabinet is in a separate, acoustically-treated room with the door closed. Tinnitus is for keeps and can happen fast.

Re: Rockerverb Tone: 50 Watt VS. 100 Watt, etc.
Hello Folks, It's been a while since I started this topic but I'm finally ready to spring for a Rockerverb MkIII. I'm going to use it for recording and am looking for info on the 50 vs. 100. I'm wondering if the 50 has a smaller output transformer and would break up earlier and more thoroughly. Thes...

Re: Possible NAD - Orange Rocker 30
Thanks Bensnake, I look forward to it. I have a CS-50 and am considering a Rocker 30, due in part to this thread. Thanks for starting it Jesper, and good luck with your Rocker 30s fellow Orange squeezers.

Rockerverb Tone: 50 Watt VS. 100 Watt, etc.
Hello All, Thanks for being here. This is my first post. I plan to record at home and have a lot to learn. I'm interested in the Rockerverb MkII and III but can't easily try them. I've done some reading and watched videos, but would like to ask a few questions. Two things I've been wondering are: Wh...
