Re: MkI Rockerverb 100 Reverb not working
Ok, so time for an update I suppose. I changed the Reverb tube. No difference. I pulled the reverb tank to check the wires as was suggested. Nothing. A few weeks later I was curious again and pulled it again to check the wires. Nothing that I could see. I am out of ideas. So my question now is do yo...

Re: MkI Rockerverb 100 Reverb not working
I used to have a Fender Twin Reverb that the reverb tank would stop working - what it was was, one of the little wires inside the tank that led to a little transformer came off. I soldered it back and voila! I had read about the transformer wires somewhere else, but thanks. It's my next stop. Will ...

Re: MkI Rockerverb 100 Reverb not working
There are generally three possible causes of reverb problems: a bad reverb driver tube, a bad cable/connection, or a damaged reverb tank. I think you have already ruled-out the first two possibilities. Also, the Forum censorship function is hilarious: ...I don't want a dongle-narf Dale reverb or an...

MkI Rockerverb 100 Reverb not working
So, as the title says, my reverb is currently not working. When I have the Reverb turned to 0, there is no issue. As I turn it up however, I begin to hear an open are hum (similar to a single coil hum) but no reverb. I tried swapping the tubes. That didn't work. I also read that some of the 50 RV's ...

Re: Amp cutting out (output selector switch)
Thanks for the help everyone. It's a Mk1 RV100. I was starting to think it had been biased with the switch in the wrong position. I think I will have to give Orange a call on the matter.
Thanks again everyone.
-Some guy who likes awesome amps, but is way to ignorant to troubleshoot them.

Amp cutting out (output selector switch)
So I had posted before about a question with the output selector switch on my RV100H being set to a different tube setting than what I have in the amp. I have 6CA7's and it's set to the KT88 side. I had switched it back to the "proper" setting and within a few minutes, my amp volume cut in half and ...

Rockerverb 100 Tube selection switch
This may be general enough of a question to go in the Community forum, but I figured I'd go here first. I just got my Rockerverb 100 and the power tubes being ran in it are Electro Harmonix 6CA7s. The switch on the back however, is set to the KT88 setting. Is there any reason for this to be? Is it o...
