Re: On the hunt for Divo OV4 interface unit

Hej guys! Still on the hunt, been playing primarily acoustic nowadays and haven't powered up the old orange up until recently. I love the divo and what it saves me in not being able to bias myself…but I’m miffed that it was sold here without the interface. Would make it easier to dial in what I’m lo...

On the hunt for Divo OV4 interface unit

Hej guys n gals, its been a while.. Almost 5 years now!!  I grew tired of musicians and the bullshoot that comes with organizing a band and decided too put some effort into martial arts instead. Did some competitions, got my black belt and after a knee injury I started playing again and ...

Great space!

Love that firebird. And the lava lamp now has a permanent home?
Firebird a favorite... For playing at least, it's perfect for sitting with... The LP always wins though sound wise
 And both lava lamps sit with me now... Brings the MOJO!!

Re: ORANGE man cave!!

Looks good - I gave my steer horns away because I realised if they fell they would kill my drummer. Let's see a picture of the beer tap now... Hmmmm... And that's a bad thing? 😂 😂 ... It's in storage cause I'm obviously not grown up enough to have a keg on tap. It will only come out when ...

ORANGE man cave!!

So, since I put the cover band to rest it´s basically gone downhill from there. Since we were re-grouping the guy that owns our rehearsal studio decided he wanted the space back and kicked us out. The drummer decided to start his own new cover band and wooed the other guys over, whom amazingly enoug...

The first one is a cover with Pelle from the Hives https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkTsrsf0rN8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KprANi3WqI8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJXXxQMSswE&...

Ah, the seller finally replied!

He was apparently waiting for the funds to clear in PayPal .... and has just sent it.

Let's wait and see!!!
Sweet!! Nice that it all worked out. Hate non-responsive sellers, they should know the trauma induced by the wait is just aweful

Re: Sad day as I say goodbye to an amp

The DD is something that you should be able to find within the next few years without hassle if you change your mind. Sentimentality is great for guitars that have that extra in-built mojo...not for production line amps. Stacking up on those and not using them is just hoarding  . If your not us...

Re: Very patiently waiting for delivery

Footswitch for everything possible!!!...that what I say. Changing channels is just a must, having the possibility of kicking in the reverb for some added dreaminess or just lushing out when soloing is an awesome feature and of course the one thing I really wish I had was the attenuator cause honestl...

Last gig with coverband

Big stage, fun crowd and we didn't have to bother with PA and light so all in all good gig. I drove and even though rock'n'roll really should be played while consuming a few cold ones it was still fun. I had my 112 and the basist had his 210 due to the trailor not being roadworthy and the drummers g...

Re: Bax Bangeetar Question and Orange products with Headphone outputs

My 2 cents on the micro-dark: Bed room levels are easily achieved with a tone that's really quite enjoyable. Now when I'm saying tone I mean creamy, rockerverbish, rock'n'roll tones and not metal. The dark sucks for high gain and I have no idea why they painted it black or even called it "dark". The...

Re: Time for my first orange amp, but suggestions needed!!

I´m gunna say RV....but I´m bias as f**k   Find some orange bands, see what they use and find your tone, that´s what I did. After listening to enough Blackberry Smoke playing live concerts on you-tube I knew the RV 50 mkII was the tone I was looking for and my amp quest was over. ....Or ju...

Re: OB1-300 Owners, can you help me out?

I don't know if they function simultaneously... I'll have to ask. Same about his settings. I do know that his boost always puts him over the edge :D The second issue is that we use in-ear and that means we don't have issues of falling out of the mix. The bass however has never been an issue when it ...

Re: OB1-300 Owners, can you help me out?

My bass players runs a OB-300 through an Orange 810 and here's what I've noticed 1. Gain sounds awesome... Always. The clear tone is even better. 2. Too much distortion in a 2 guitar band will make shlt get lost.... Not the bass though. 3. Clean and dirty come through, volume however is controlled a...
