Ive retubed my old overdrive 120 with Electro Harmonix el 34 and 12 ax 7 (ecc 83) and they are really good. They remember me the original Mullard ones...

I bought my Ernie Ball pedal in 1980 and it still works perfectly, 100°/° original. Ive just cleaned it recently for the first time, zero problem, built like a tank. Now I don't know if the today models are as well made as they were 30 years ago...

Yes it's not a good idea to use a guitar jack between the head and the cab (not the same resistance and someone will explain that better than me). A friend who I have let my overdrive 120 for some gigs used it with a phone type guitar jack (3 or 4 meters) which is the worst thing to do. But this amp...

My 1978 overdrive 120 is retubed with EH and I think it is very near of the original mullard. I think that they are the best among the tubes Ive tried since 1978
