As already mentioned the strymon blue sky reverb is the best reverb pedal there is, however, if you're just looking for spring reverb the mad professor silver spring has a less tweakable but actually slightly more responsive spring reverb, for a lot less money.

I agree that the g12t-75's aren't your obvious choice for doom sludge, but actually they sound pretty good with the peavey amp I'm using now. I'm worried about the wattage. I play in a very loud grind/doom/sludge/crust band, now using a 6505 through a or412 with g12t-75's and a ppc212 with v30, and I have sometimes tried to use my AD30 and Rocker 30 to get a fatter sound, but they have both been just audible, and that's not enough for me....
