NTD Gold lion KT88 in Rockerverb 50 mkII
Hey all just posting to say i have purchased some KT88's and put them in my Rockerveb 50 mkII the other day and I'm happy to say its put an end to the search for a tighter bottom end with a solid heavy tone. I was a little worried what would happen to the clean channel and to my ears it gives it a c...

My Rockerverb 50 MKII just gets better and better
Just got back from recording two songs with more to go and I can't wait to hear the final product. Bought the rockerverb december last year and loving every minute of it. The other guitarist is using a dual rectifier and the two together sound great nice solid chunky tone. The lead tone is smooth an...

Re: Whats your thoughts on blending amp tones
Thanks heaps guys you've all helped with your posts.
I think for now I'll get the orange cab and then later I'll get a jcm 800 and a marshall slanted cab and create a full stack out of the two heads.
Im thinking of splitting my signal with a boss dd7 and have it on a doubled effect.

Whats your thoughts on blending amp tones

I have been noticing that most of the big named guitarists blend amp tones to get their desired tones. I’m really interest...

Re: Who has a gig this weekend?
Awesome gig! not to bad of a turn out. The Rockerverb was excellent heaps of good comments on my tone and volume, considering it was for ol' school heavy metal I think I am the only person in Perth Australia playing one of these in the metal scene except for some bassists. I was a lil worried about ...
