I play as much as I can but between work and my 1 yr old it's difficult sometimes. Band practice once a week (used to be 3-4 day a week with 2 gigs a week) but she is worth it.

I would get a Avatar Contemporary 412 or 212. Have the same look as a ppc but you can choose what speaker you want... I suggest 2-g12h and 2-v30 or g12m. You can also pick the color and grill cloth. I thought it sounded great but I think Analogman ARDX20 sounds a million times better. If its not going to have a tap tempo I would rather a analog delay. Also the $$$ bothered me.

I LOVE TungSols for my mkII. They really open the amp up and just sound amazing. I also love TS 12ax7 for v1.

the RV has much, much more gain, and sounds really fizzy compared to the Rocker. it typically sounds pretty compressed too, whereas i'm sure you've found out the R30 (and the JCM800) is a really dynamic, touch sensitive amp. This doesn't describe my RV MKII at all.... Its not fizzy has plenty of to...

Use a handpainted BOR with my Rk50mkII and AD30 but I really only use it for the boost side. It's a little different from the SHO but close. I use the rock side for my Flexi sometimes.
