Re: It was 20 Years Ago Today...

Thankyou for the replies! I always thought it was the early ones with the handwritten nos ,don`t recall who told me that tho`.... I`ve owned the amp for a long time and love the sound of it everytime it fires up,just hadn`t used it for a while...ngd with an SG Junior prompted me to get it out ,seeme...

Re: AD 15/12 compared to Marshall 1974x?

Thanks guys,I`m well aquainted with the bigger Marshall stuff, just looking at the basic spec of both amps(valvewise) of the two I did wonder! I own a Jtm30 and despite its detractors ,it`s a good sounding amp(especially the clean channel) and quite versatile though definitely not a classic M setup! ...

AD 15/12 compared to Marshall 1974x?

Hi all!Been visiting here for a while but just joined.

Has anyone got a comparison on the AD15/12 (I own one) against the Marshall 1974x combo?

I`ve often thought of buying the 1974x as well, but wonder if it would just be close to the Orange soundwise.
Your thought would be appreciated!
Thanks
