10 years...
Hey I just noticed that I've been here for 10 years (as of 9 days ago)! Thanks for all the advice and laughs!
Jim
Well this is my first post here. I just brought home my RV50C after a long wait and I am really happy with it. I am a canadian living in germany, I work as a guitar instructor and also in Sound engineering. I have been playing for about 17 years now, and this is definately one sweet amp. I will also be buying a Mesa Boogie F30 combo, as I feel that this amp together with my Orange will give me all the sound I need. (I play mostly bluesy but modern type "riff" music.) I will be recording the amp soon and posting the clips in the other thread. Thanks orange for making this amp!
PS: For those of you wondering about my signature, I am the leader of a gaming clan and just took that sig instead of making a new one;)

Hey man, I'm from Nova Scotia, a lovely half-island on the east coast.
Oh I have a question for anyone who knows: The damping switch on the back of the RV50C....can I switch that while the amp is on, or shoul it be turned off first? I have been on the safe side and have not tried switching it while the amp is on...

I've switched mine many times while the amp is on without any problems.

And grind...
Good to have you here, and clearly not mellowing out too much yet judging by your last couple of NGD threads!
Andy.
