Would you trade ???

ok simple question. I have an Epiphone G-1275 SG Double Neck that a guy is wanting to trade a dual terror and a ppc112 for, would you do it?

the guy says the ppc112 is still boxed and brand new.

I do not really play the double neck at all ..... the only reason i still have it is because it was my brothers. So there is a little sentiment with it. but at the same time i also have his american fender strat that i know i WILL NEVER get rid of. I just recently restrung and setup the double neck and am feeling guilty about it never being played. I honestly think that a guitar should be played or it starts doing wonkey things. I have taken the thing out of the case more to take pictures of it than to play it.

so what do you guys think? would you do it?

Done deal for me. Double neck only plays Stairway To Heaven. Dual Terror does the whole show.

yeah the double neck just isn't played like it should be. i already pretty much figured i'd do the trade just thought i would see what others thought. hopefully i'll have them this week. i've been wanting a tiny terror for a while. a dual terror should just be that much better.

i wouldn't mind getting a 12 string in the future, single neck that is. double necks are just too unwieldy to play practically.

A guitar does not play any songs, it's the player's problem if he's unable to play other things besides well-known covers, and only on the same model guitar.

I think megalithic has a point though.

It's obviously a niche guitar, but it could play a lot of various things if you wanted to.

But as far as I would be concerned, I would trade it.
I've never had any use for a 12 string, hell, 6 is hard enough!!!!!

I had a doubleneck for a while. It was a large pain in the arse. The only way I'd have another is if I never had to touch it except to play it. Hope the OP did the trade.
