Ok, Id like another amp. I want a super clean massive headroom for cleans type amp.

I have a Dual Terror which has awesome gain and lovely breakup.

Id like something with an effects loop for lots of post rock delay.

Will the TH100 be clean enough?

After having a god think, if I get one to have as option instead of my AD200b Mk3, I would get the 500W. I would imagine you need serious cabinets to match the 1000W version. Ok, you can be careful on volumes, but I wouldnt want to run it into a single 4 ohm mid sized cabinet. PS - The 500W version ...

Unfortunately Im nowhere near the dealer now. Cust Service is looking into it now as the amp has barely been used. One way or another it will get sorted. Thanks PS - When I get a moment to test if its one of the tubes, can you leave the top part of the amp off so you dont have t keep opening it up? ...

Ok, can I just change two of the power tubes at once? I think from the testing its only one tube thats noisy.

Hi chaps The dealer and a few others think the 'crackling' on the 4 tube power/high power mode setting on my DT is caused simply by a Power Tube. All I need to do is test if it indeed is. The problem is back, and is on the more clean side of the gain on the 4 tube full power setting. Both channels.

OK....I left it. Went back, powered on. 4 tubes, full power mode. Both channels are now noisy when the gain isnt cranked. So its not letting me get a clean sound.
