Yeah, I never see "broken" Orange Amps to raid for parts. Maybe I'll find an old radio or some totally unique and convert it. I'll keep searching.

Likely a bad reverb tube, but could be a faulty reverb tank. Could also be a problem wth the cables that attach the tank.
